  • NFHS Rules for game play with the following exceptions:
  • Official stopped clock consisting of 2 - 16 minute halves.
  • Clock will run the final 8 minutes of the game if the lead is 25 points or more.
  • Four timeouts will be permitted per game. 2 - full timeouts and 2 - 30 second timeouts.
  • Overtime will consist of one 3 minute period. One additional timeout will be granted.
  • 5 minute pre-game warm-up.
  • 5 minute halftime.
  • Due to NCAA rules, games will begin no earlier than scheduled start time.  A team will forfeit the game if they are not on the assigned court within 10 minutes of game time.  The forfeiting team will lose 20-0.  

 

For Seeding purposes the following Rules apply to all tie-breakers:


  1. Any two-way tie, head-to-head
  2. Any three-way tie:
  3. Point differential of games involving tied teams only.
  4. Differential value is assessed and ranked with a 20 point maximum.
  5. In the event two teams end with the same differential value refer to two-way tie.
  6. In the event all three teams are still tied add in differential with fourth team.
  7. If three way ties still exist, coin flip.

  • Home team is listed first or on top and will wear white/light color jerseys.
  • Home team will sit to the left of the scorers table.
  • ALL Teams must complete the NCAA Online Roster Process.
  • No person will be allowed on the bench without registering.
  • Registration will consist of presenting picture identification and a complete 14 digit NCAA coach’s approval number. No person will be allowed to coach without this documentation.
  • Bench personnel is limited to 4 NCAA approved personnel per team.
  • Coaches must wear badges to enter venues.
  • Coaches must wear badges while on the bench.
  • Everyone other than players will need a ticket to get into any game. Team Players must wear uniforms or warmups for admission to games.
  • Event teams, event coaches, fans and general public are strictly prohibited from entering a COLLEGE COACHES ONLY entrance or seating area.
  • Event teams will enter and leave the bench area away from the college coaches seating area.
  • The NCAA prohibits all Division 1 coaches from talking to event coaches, event players, players’ family members and general public.
  • All team members and a team coach are required to attend the mandatory NCAA Educational Session, failure to do so will result immediate disqualification from the tournament.
  • Tournament Director’s decision is final and without appeal.
